He leads one of the largest congregations in the United States, tens of thousands of followers strong, with another 300,000 radio listeners tuning in faithfully each week on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio and Salem Radio. He has converts like Denzel and Pauletta Washington, Angela Bassett and Courtney B. David and his wife Robyne were high school sweethearts in their hometown, Massillon, Ohio. They now call metropolitan New York/New Jersey their home. Their three grown children, Adam, Bethany and Benjamin, were adopted as infants from India.

Pastor Bill Devlin aka "PB" is one of the pastors at Infinity Bible Church in The South Bronx.  His specific mission is to go to the Hard & Dangerous places in the world with the Love of Jesus Christ.  He currently works in Cuba, Khartoum Sudan, Gaza Strip, Syria, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Pakistan & Afghanistan.  The Persecuted Church in these countries are an area of particular concern.  He has preached Jesus in a mosque in Khartoum and is part of a team in Kurdistan, helping to rescue girls/young women from ISIS.  His calling is to the Broken, the Forgotten, the Lost, the Desperate. Devlin, a grad of Westminster Seminary, is married to Nancy (a 6th grade teacher) with five children and five grandchildren.  Devlin is currently working on a book entitled, "RECKLESS."

Pastor Devlin was born and raised in Schenectady, NY. He enlisted in the Navy in 1970. He was wounded by enemy fire off the coast of North Vietnam and is a recipient of the Purple Heart. He graduated with a nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Master of Arts in religion from Westminster Theological Seminary in Philadelphia. He lives three days a week in the South Bronx, where he is co-pastor of Infinity Bible Church, and, when he is not elsewhere around the globe, the rest of his time in Philadelphia with his wife of 35 years, Nancy. They have five children and three grandchildren. He is president of REDEEM and co-chair of Right to Worship NYC.

Bishop Mott began his pastoral career in 1994. Along with his wife Sherrie, their five children, and a few friends, they planted what is now a vibrant multi-ethnic church known as Family Christian Center. After several years of pastoral leadership, he was consecrated to the office of Bishop in August of 2012.

Another organization that has grown out of Bishop Mott’s ministry is the One City One Church (OCOC): a coalition of local churches from different denominations in the city of New Rochelle that partners together in the work of social transformation.

In addition to his role as the Senior Pastor of FCC, Bishop Mott also serves as the NY State coordinator for The Remnant; a national gathering of Christian leaders, which carries a mandate to restore integrity to America’s leaders in every sphere of society. He also serves actively in the Christian Covenant Coalition (CCC), a network of Christian leaders whose purpose it is to impact the political process through prayer, strategic planning and purposeful actions He is also a spiritual father, friend and advisor to several churches, here and abroad. And he is a member of the US Coalition of Apostolic Leaders (USCAL).

Bishop Mott is blessed with many gifts, but the one he’s most grateful for is his family. He and his wife, Sherrie are the proud parents of five children and eight grandchildren.
