Pastor Dimas Salaberrios
President, Concerts of Prayer Greater New York (COPGNY)
Founder & Pastor, Infinity Bible Church
Dimas Salaberrios has served as senior pastor of Infinity Bible Church, which he founded in partnership with Dr. Tim Keller and Redeemer City to City since 2003. A former New York City police commissioner credited Pastor Dimas and Infinity’s powerful impact in the Bronx River Housing projects as being the startling reason homicides have been eliminated and drug dealing reduced to an all-time low in that community for over a decade. Pastor Dimas is a gifted storyteller and Bible teacher. As president of Concerts of Prayer Greater New York, he spearheads the largest, most diverse force of pastors in the tri-state area comprised of over 5,000 churches mobilized across various denominational, ethnic and economic lines.
A true servant-leader at heart, Pastor Dimas is often described as one unafraid of running into the fire. With real “boots on the ground”, Pastor Dimas is often advancing the cause of Christ during the nation’s most pressing issues, as well as boldly proclaiming the gospel on every continent (with the exception of Antarctica). Perhaps that explains his undeniable effectiveness and relevance—be it quelling the riots that recently raged in Baltimore, bringing hope and healing directly to those devastated by the vicious slaughter of the Emanuel 9 in Charleston, or most recently, shining the gospel of Jesus Christ brightly during Paris’ darkest hour and national days of mourning following heinous terrorist attacks. Some of Pastor Dimas’s global ministry exploits include igniting a three-month revival in New Zealand; smuggling Bibles to the persecuted church in China; pastoral leadership training and humanitarian aid throughout Kenya; being a first-responder and lifeline to three refugee camps after Haiti’s devastating earthquake; guerrilla evangelism in Amsterdam’s notorious red-light district, on the tubes of London, in the alps of Switzerland, in the hills of Venezuela and with the gangs in the South Bronx.
A passionate and exciting speaker, Pastor Dimas’s humor and inspiring style has opened doors for him to be a frequent guest on Fox & Friends, TBN, the Word Network, the 700 Club, CNN, Fox News, ABC World News Tonight, and NBC News as well as being featured in the New York Times, The Washington Post, Christianity Today, Charisma magazine, Outreach, OnFaith and other publications. His weekday radio show The Dynamic Life with Pastor Dimas is broadcast over the Salem Radio Network. Dimas is also the bestselling author of his memoir Street God: The Explosive True Story of a Former Drug Boss on the Run from the Hood--and the Courageous Mission that Drove Him Back.
Pastor Dimas holds a Master of Divinity degree from Alliance Theological Seminary and lives in the Bronx with his wife, Tiffany, and their two daughters.

Dr. Mckenzie “Mac” Pier
Founder, Concerts of Prayer Greater New York, Founder & CEO of The New York City Leadership Center (NYCLC
When it comes to developing leaders within the Christian community, few are as successful as Rev. Dr. McKenzie “Mac” Pier, founder and CEO of The New York Leadership Center (NYCLC). Passionately driven to prepare Christian leaders to make a significant impact in the world, Mac particularly loves urging young leaders toward spiritual maturity, encouraging them to first recognize the needs around them, to unite in prayer with others about those needs, and then to collaborate with others to change what they see. A visionary, strategic thinker and social networker, Mac delights in bringing movers and shakers together to transform their cities. Since 1995, he and members of his team have hosted urban consultations for more than 10,000 leaders.
Mac’s journey into leadership development began in 1983 after he and his wife traveled to Bihar, India to serve as short-term missionaries. As part of a ministry team that met weekly to pray for God’s intervention, Mac was a firsthand witness to the results of those prayers. Later, in 1998, after having lived in New York for some time but still recalling what had taken place in India, Mac founded Concerts of Prayer Greater New York (COPGNY), a collaborative prayer movement connecting pastors and churches throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Through his leadership, this united prayer movement became one of the most developed urban prayer and pastoral networks in the world.
After a 2007 survey revealed the time, financial and educational limits facing pastors, Mac founded The New York City Leadership Center (NYCLC) as a way of creating and coordinating leadership training and service opportunities to radically impact Greater New York, both spiritually and socially. Mac was also instrumental in founding the first annual Movement Day conference, established in 2010, as a way of catalyzing leadership teams from American’s largest cities to serve their cities more effectively through the advancement of high-level, city-changing collaborative partnerships. (For more information on Movement Day, visit MovementDay.com.)
A resident of New York City since 1984, Mac lives in a diverse neighborhood with residents from more than 100 ethnicities, and he attends church with people who speak 60 different languages. This daily interaction with neighbors and friends that literally come from around the world enhances Mac’s global view and attention to world issues. These relationships provide him with the determination that is needed to find solutions to the debilitating problems faced by so many, and to inspire leaders to work together to make the gospel relevant within each of their cities.
The Lausanne Movement—an international organization created to mobilize evangelical leaders to collaborate for world evangelism—has appointed Mac to serve in the volunteer position of senior associate. His role is to help expand their global networks, communicate their vision and further impact cities with the gospel of Christ.
Coauthor of The Power of a City at Prayer (InterVarsity Press, 2002), Mac also contributed to Signs of Hope in the City (Judson Press, 1997) and is author of Spiritual Leadership in the Global City (New Hope Publishers, 2008). His latest book is Consequential Leadership: 15 Leaders Fighting for Our Cities, Our Poor, Our Youth and Our Culture (InterVarsity Press, 2012).
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota, Mac then continued on to earn a Master of Arts degree in religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a doctorate from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary (renamed Palmer Theological Seminary). He enjoys music and the creative process of composing it. He wrote original music for his daughter’s wedding.
Mac and his wife, Marya, have been married more than 30 years, and have three adult children and two grandchildren.

Dr. Chip Roper
Director Marketplace Engagement, The New York City Leadership
As the Director of Marketplace Engagement for The New York City Leadership Center, Dr. Chip Roper is building a bridge. The bridge is across the vocational divide, the disconnect many people live between their Sunday faith and their Monday reality. This compartmentalization is experienced at the individual level and is reinforced at the institutional level. Chip serves as a coach, teacher, and writer for people of faith in the workplace, and he serves as a coach and advocate to pastors who seek to understand and prepare their people for their lives at work. Chip is convinced that God’s plan for any city or community includes the work people do their every day.
Chip has experienced this integrated vision as a small businessman, a pastor, and a career coach/consultant. In addition to his Director work, Chip writes the blog Marketplace Faith for Patheos.com, is the principal of Next Chapter Consulting, and serves as a lay pastor at Lower Manhattan Community Church.
Chip and his wife Audrey have been married for 28 years. They have 3 daughters, Brianne 20, Abbie 18and Devan 16. They live along the East River in the Hunters Point Queens neighborhood of New York City.
