Accommodations and Pricing: 
 
Deluxe Rooms are hotel-type rooms that are double occupancy with private bathrooms.
 
Basic Rooms are double occupancy and may have shared bathrooms.
 
Dorm Rooms have bunk beds, are multiple occupancy and have shared bathrooms.
 
 
Prices Include: 2 nights lodging and 6 meals 
 
Event Dates: Monday 10:00 am - Wednesday 2:00 pm

Full payment is due at registration. Postal and Internet registrations must be received by 5:00pm EST on January 12, 2012. A $50 fee per person will be charged for cancellations. Registrations are payable by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. A $25 fee will be charged for incomplete payment transactions.
