The New York City Leadership Center (The NYCLC) was launched in 2008 by Concerts of Prayer after 25 years of ministry, and as a result of hundreds of leaders requesting additional training resources. The NYCLC now implements the following initiatives, formerly conducted by Concerts of Prayer

- The Willow Creek Leadership Summit at satellite sites across Greater New York
- The Church Multiplication Alliance, which involves the Redeemer Church Planting Center
- The Hope Church Alliance, Hope Sundays and Pastors' Vision Tours with World Vision
- 20/20 Vision for Schools, a partnership with The Coalition of Urban Youth Workers
